Terms of Service

I accept both Paypal and Venmo as payment!

Please note that this is not the full Terms of Service, please click on the TOS (Full Version) button to see the full terms of service!Please also click the can/can't draw button to make sure that I will be able to fulfill your commission properly!- Prices listed are projected - a commission's total cost may be more or less depending on characters, backgrounds, complexity, etc.
- Half of all payment must be made upfront before I can start on the commission. In the event that I cannot start on your commission, I will refund you for the deposit! Full payment must be fulfilled before I give you the finalized commission.
- Once you have accepted the sketch/lineart, you will not be refunded for your commission barring excruciating circumstance.
- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including no reason at all.
- I do not accept cryptocurrency.

Read these terms and conditions carefully, as solicits and payment are both received with the expectation that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions in full. These terms may change at any time without warning.SOLICITING A COMMISSION:
- I will not accept commission solicits of my own characters or other peoples' original characters without their explicit written permission. That being said, please let me know if the commission is intended to be a gift, surprise or not - we can work something out!
- Visual references are preferred – however if no visual reference is available, character descriptions are acceptable. References must be safe for work.
- I will not draw: NSFW (including but not limited to nipples of any gender, genitalia, sexual body fluids, sex toys, bondage gear, kinks, fetishes, and depictions or implications of sexual acts), gore or extreme violence, use of illicit drugs not including marijuana, character reference sheets, robots/machinery/cars, political subjects, and hate speech.
- I have the right to deny a commission solicit for any reason, including no reason at all.
- If you would like the character in a certain pose, please include a reference image of the kind of pose you would like.
- Please do not hesitate to discuss with me if you need an aspect of a sketch, ink, or color choice changed!PAYMENT:
- Prices are projected - a commission may cost more or less depending on how many characters are present in the commission, the complexity of the characters, etc.
- Half payment is expected upfront after a solicit has been approved, except for lineart with no color, in which case full payment is expected. If the lineart (no color)/inks (flats and above) has not started and you would like a refund, you will be refunded what you have paid.
- Payment must be made in full before the full artwork is given to you. If for whatever reason you cannot pay by the time the commission is finished or you have decided to upgrade your commission, please message me so we can discuss your situation.
- Up to 3 characters per commissioned piece, the price ratio being from x0.3 to x0.5 the price added per character depending on complexity of the work, the complexity of the characters, and the base price.
- FOR INKING WORK AND BEYOND, ONCE A SKETCH OR INK HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE TAKE CARE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED AT THAT POINT BEFORE APPROVING!
- Payments may be made through Venmo or Paypal.
- Due to the environmental toll, cryptocurrency of any sort (Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, NFTs, etc.) are not accepted for payment.TERMS OF USE:
- Signature-free versions, .clip files, and .psd files are upon request. These versions are for personal use only and cannot be distributed to any third party.
- Commissions can be used for personal use anywhere - icons, banners, etc.. Credit is appreciated whenever possible, but not expected if the platform makes crediting difficult.
- Unless requested otherwise, a completed commission will be taken as agreement to let me post your commission as part of my portfolio if needed.
- DO NOT CLAIM COMMISSIONED ART AS YOUR OWN WORK, INCLUDING TRACING AND RECOLORS.
- Commissions cannot be used to promote paid material - they are for personal or free use with proper credits only.
- Commissions may not be used to create bulk merchandise, including buttons, pins, t-shirts, stickers, coins, calendars, etc. If the merchandise is for personal use only, please message me so we can work something out!- The artwork created may not be used for the following purposes:
- creating nonfungible tokens (NFTs) based on the commissioned artwork
- creating cryptocurrency based on the commissioned artwork or any other artwork I have created
- feeding the commissioned artwork or any other artwork into artificial intelligence (AI) art generators such as DALL-E or Mimic
